Implements a woodpecker workflow that:

• Builds db and site images and pushes them to the Mocalabs container registry
• SSH's into the server to stop running images, prune unused images and data, and recreate site and db containers from the new images

fixed typo in workflow c56534a72e

Updated deploy script to prompt user and add error checking. Removed build/push of db container 4117db9fa0

Update woodpecker workflow to use docker buildx plugin correctly and added step to ssh into VPS, pull latest image, and deploy 579ff07cd2
